- Administrative Restoration – usually used where a company was accidently struck off due to a failure to file annual returns.
- Court Order Restoration – Where a director or shareholder has applied to have a company struck off but later requires the company to recover assets, funds in bank accounts or contract obligations etc an application to the court will be required.
